The Science: Why Grounding Calms Your Brain
When you feel stressed or anxious, your brain enters a state called 'fight-or-flight.' It's a survival mode that makes learning impossible. Grounding techniques activate a different part of your nervous system—the 'rest-and-digest' state. This sends a powerful signal to your brain that says: 'You are safe. You are here. You can relax.'
