Box Breathing (for Calm)
A square that highlights each side for 4 seconds: 'Breathe In...', 'Hold...', 'Breathe Out...', 'Hold...'
Phoenix Breath (for Power)
Breathe in while raising your arms like wings. Breathe out with a 'HAAAH!' sound as you sweep them down. This releases angry or nervous feelings.
