Remixing Your Tools

You don't have to use the tools exactly as you learned them. The true master knows how to combine them in new and creative ways. This is 'Technique Remixing'.

What would happen if we remixed the 'Big Strong Tree' (Grounding) with the 'Phoenix Breath' (Breathwork)?

1. It wouldn't work, they are from different courses.

2. You could create a 'Volcano Breath'—imagining roots for stability, but breathing out frustration like an eruption.
