Advanced Practice: 'Box Breathing'

The most calming part of the breath is a long exhale. We will practice a new rhythm: 4-4-6-4 (In for 4, Hold for 4, Out for 6, Hold for 4). That longer exhale is a powerful 'brake pedal' for your brain.
